Dear Paul,
Now that the dust has settled a little, we want to express our gratitude to you and your team at Full House Removals.
Having moved house a total of 5 times in 5 yeats (including interstate twice), we consider this to have been the most
careful and smoothely accomplished house pack and move we have ever experienced!
With our Wedding scheduled for the
weekend following our house move, cost was a large consideration, however so was professionalism - we wanted the move
to be as 'stress free' as possible. It was! Your cost was competitive and the service you provided far surpassed the
expensive Removal Companies, many of whom we have utilized previously.
Being cost conscious and impressed by your
thoroughness at the time of quoting, for the first time ever I did not pay for insurance, and for the first time
ever not one single fragile item was scratched, broken or dented.
I was delighted by the clean cut appearance,
politeness and good humour of the men that assisted with packing and moving all of our possessions. Unlike in previous
house-moves, I did not pay for your staff to have endless breaks as your team demonstrated an exceptional work ethic.
As they took two days to pack, load and transport all of the many possesions and numerous potted plants from our large
house, their attention to detail, evident enthusiasm and pride in their work never waned.
When we arrived at our new
home, great care was taken by your team to ensure that possessions were placed in the correct room and all of your
team was extremely careful not to mark any of the freshly painted walls. (This might sound obvious to you that this
would be the case - but such care is highly unusual.) You and your team were so consistently good humoured that you
made a typically traumatic experience enjoyable.
